FIRM PROFILE

Attorney McKible graduated from Cornell University in 1976 with a degree in Industrial and Labor Relations. He received his law degree in 1980 from Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire. Attorney McKible has practiced personal injury law since that time. He only represents injured individuals, never insurance companies. His clients range from those with minor injuries to those very seriously injured, including death claims. He has successfully settled thousands of injury claims and has lectured on the art and science of personal injury settlements.

Paralegal Michaud has been working with Attorney McKible for over 20 years. She has extensive experience in claims handling and litigation preparation.

Competent, Caring, Counsel

Our guiding principals:

1. Competent Representation

We chuckle when we read lawyers stating "millions of dollars collected for our clients". Clearly this is a silly and disingenuous claim. Most competent injury lawyers who have been in practice for a number of years, have collected "millions of dollars" when you add up the entirety of their settled cases.

It is equally foolish to believe that just because a lawyer advertises that he or she has won a million dollar settlement for an injured person that he or she is going to be able to get the same amount for you.

Our job at McKible law office is to maximize your settlement recovery, whether your case is worth a thousand dollars, a million dollars or any amount in between.

Although we can never promise a particular amount for your case, we can promise that we will investigate your claim thoroughly, evaluate the strength and weaknesses of your case, treat you with respect and ultimately be able to advise you whether you should accept a settlement offer or go to trial.

We have successfully settled thousands of injury claims. Our cases have ranged from those with minor injuries to those with very serious injuries, including death claims.

2. A Caring Attitude

First, we are a small firm and proud of it. Our clients do not get lost in the shuffle that often plagues larger firms. When you call our office you speak directly with one of us.

Second, as your claim progresses, we are in constant contact with you. Because we get to know you so thoroughly we are well positioned to advocate your claim to the insurance company and articulate how your accident has negatively impacted your life.

Therefore, there is a greater possibility that you will receive a reasonable settlement offer and you will be spared the hassle and uncertainty of having to go to court to get the compensation you deserve.

Once a claim is settled we ask our clients to complete a Law Office Report Card. This evaluation form allows our clients to comment on the level of service provided. Was our service professional and courteous? Did we answer phone calls in a prompt manner? Was Attorney McKible easily accessible? Were you satisfied with the outcome of your case? Would you recommend us to a friend or family member? Thousands of these report cards have been returned to us with very favorable comments.

If you have been injured because of another person's negligence you may be entitled to money to compensate you for your losses. Call Attorney McKible to discuss your options. He will speak with you personally at no charge.
